Zaxby\u2019s serves prepared-at-order chicken fingers, Buffalo wings, sandwiches, salads, and more in a fun, relaxing atmosphere. A pioneer of the quick-casual format, Zaxby\u2019s provides services and amenities that fall somewhere between fast food and a sit-down restaurant.<\/p>\n

Our quick casual restaurant concept, based in Athens, Ga. has boomed to more than 900 units in 14 states (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and UTAH) and continues to grow.<\/p>\n

As we continue to grow our business and are looking for individuals with the hunger to move their careers to the next level. We provide a flexible and fun atmosphere with continual opportunities for learning and growth.<\/p>\n

We are currently seeking people with Day and Evening availability, some weekend work required. We have a need for a reliable crew at our 6 Polk County stores.\u00a0 Stores are located in Lakeland, Mulberry, Bartow, Winter Haven (2), and Haines City.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nComplete all training requirements including:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Zaxby\u2019s Learning Center Learning Plan<\/li>\n
  2. Hands-on stations training<\/li>\n
  3. Any additional training required by the Company<\/li>\n
  4. Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests<\/li>\n
  5. Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave<\/li>\n
  6. Maintain awareness of current promotions<\/li>\n
  7. Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items<\/li>\n
  8. Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby\u2019s brand<\/li>\n
  9. Accurately complete orders and guest transactions<\/li>\n
  10. Enter guest orders accurately into the point of sale system<\/li>\n
  11. Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts<\/li>\n
  12. Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately<\/li>\n
  13. Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment<\/li>\n
  14. Clean and maintain guest areas including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior<\/li>\n
  15. Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs<\/li>\n
  16. Stock paper goods, condiments, service ware, and beverages<\/li>\n
  17. Keep work areas clean and organized<\/li>\n
  18. Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner<\/li>\n
  19. Prepare beverages, sauces, produce, and other items<\/li>\n
  20. Ensure food and beverages are handled according to safety regulations and guidelines<\/li>\n
  21. Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Assist with kitchen and back of house tasks as assigned.\u00a0 Most of our team is cross trained on all stations.<\/p>\n

    \nComplete all tasks with a sense of urgency, in a timely manner
    \nWork safely and follow all safety guidelines and procedures
    \nOther duties as assigned<\/p>\n
