The only civilized answer must, of course, be \u2018none,\u2019\u201d attorney Jeff Childers wrote in the lawsuit, which demands $100,000 in damages. \u201cUndoubtedly, PCPS has good intentions.&nbsp;But,&nbsp;this lawsuit perfectly illustrates the risks of giving unilateral \u2018emergency powers\u2019 to well-meaning but poorly-informed, fast-reacting, and unwise executive agents.
