9254 Ruth Rd. Had a 6 inch reclaim\/ treated Wastewater break. With a residual of 11.0. estimated 360,000 gallons of effluent water. There was water damage at a shed at 9254 Ruth Rd. Resident was contacted. There is a canal at the back of the property at 9254 Ruth Rd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
