A third Lakeland resident has been arrested and charged with participating in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FBI agents arrested Olivia Pollock on Wednesday, according to records filed in federal court for the Middle District of Florida in Tampa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pollock, listed as living in North Lakeland, faces charges of assaulting, resisting or impeding officers or employees; presence in a restricted area of the building or grounds; and violent entry and disorderly conduct on the Capitol grounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those are the same charges filed against Joshua Doolin of Lakeland, who was also arrested Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pollock and Doolin were released Wednesday from a Tampa facility on signature bonds. Court records show that Pollock was required to surrender her passport and any firearms, and her travel is restricted to the Middle District of Florida and Washington, D.C., for court hearings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pollock is subject to electronic monitoring and must report weekly to the District Court’s pre-trial division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doolin’s release order had not been made public by Thursday afternoon. The arrest affidavits for Pollock and Doolin were both still under seal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One other Polk County resident, Corinne Montoni, is also facing charges of taking part in the Jan. 6 insurrection. She was arrested in early March at her Lakeland home.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
