{"id":13206,"date":"2021-07-12T11:35:25","date_gmt":"2021-07-12T15:35:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/?p=13206"},"modified":"2021-07-12T11:35:49","modified_gmt":"2021-07-12T15:35:49","slug":"lakeland-chamber-of-commerce-foundation-fall-management-training-registration-is-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/2021\/07\/12\/lakeland-chamber-of-commerce-foundation-fall-management-training-registration-is-open\/","title":{"rendered":"Lakeland Chamber of Commerce Foundation Fall Management Training Registration Is Open"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Lakeland Chamber of Commerce Foundation recognizes the need for its members to identify high-<br>potential future leaders and provide professional development training designed to cultivate a pool of<br>qualified leaders who are prepared to fill mid-level management roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project outline details how Emily Rogers Consulting + Coaching will provide a 3-month, 7-part<br>leadership development training series for a group of up to 25 emerging leaders who have been identified<br>as high potentials by Lakeland Chamber of Commerce members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expected outcomes include increased awareness about leadership best practices and improved leadership<br>performance through actionable training. The training series will be facilitated in person by Emily Rogers.<br>Training topics will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Introduction to High-performance Leadership<br>&#8211;&nbsp;Understanding Your Leadership Style<br>&#8211;&nbsp;Developing Highly Functioning Teams<\/li><li>Managing &amp; Resolving Conflict Through Improved Communication<br>&#8211;&nbsp;Creating Intelligent Change<br>&#8211;&nbsp;Managing Workplace Stress<\/li><li>Developing a Coaching Habit<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Chamber will provide the training location and any audio-visual requirements for each workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Materials for each workshop will be made available to participants through Emily Rogers Consulting +<br>Coaching&#8217;s Learning Management System (LMS) and requires participants to download\/print documents<br>prior to each workshop.
