Regan, MD, Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center President and Lakeland Regional Health Chief Medical Officer. \u201cBeing an Advanced Comprehensive Stroke Center means patients and their families have access to the best specialists and leading-edge technology and treatments for strokes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This level of certification recognizes the significant difference in resources, staff and training necessary for the treatment of complex stroke cases.
