The sign out front\u00a0at Merchants\u00a0Walk shopping plaza may still bear the Stein Mart name but the names of two new stores\u00a0should\u00a0soon\u00a0take\u00a0their\u00a0place.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A construction crew was climbing\u00a0scaffolding outside the former Stein Mart\u00a0location\u00a0on Monday\u00a0as part of the renovations and build-out of a\u00a0Burlington<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Five Below<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to\u00a0the\u00a0KIMCO\u00a0Realty Corp<\/a>.\u00a0website, a 25,191-square-foot\u00a0Burlington will occupy the\u00a0shopping plaza\u00a0and a 9,575-square-foot\u00a0Five Below will move\u00a0in\u00a0next door.\u00a0KIMCO\u2019s website shows\u00a0only\u00a0three other stores in Merchants Walk\u00a0that\u00a0have a\u00a0larger\u00a0footprint\u00a0than\u00a0Burlington,\u00a0including retail\u00a0anchor tenants:\u00a0Hobby Lobby<\/a>,\u00a0Marshalls<\/a>,\u00a0and\u00a0Ross\u00a0Dress\u00a0For\u00a0Less<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Merchants Walk has a total of 13,375 square feet of available space in four separate locations throughout the plaza, according to the website.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
