Some typical symptoms of COVID-19 may include fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, headache, sore throat, runny nose, congestion, and gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If parents or guardians choose to have their child return to school, they need to submit a return-to-school form. This document is available at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/polkschoolsfl.com\/returnform\">polkschoolsfl.com\/returnform<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note this new policy does not apply to students who have tested positive for COVID-19.
