The award was selected by members of\nthe league and journalists covering the UPSL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tropics SC General Manager Andrew Ross said, &#8220;We are\nthrilled to have Victor receive this award, and rightfully so. He game his all\nand was a leader on the field in every game. Our team would not have own the\nUPSL National Championship without him. It&#8217;s an individual award to\nclose out an excellent season that I had. It also gives me motivation to\nachieve more things in the future. This will be in my memory forever,&#8221;\nParreiras said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When he suits up for the Florida Tropics fourth season in\nthe Major Arena Soccer League late this fall, he will do so at the team&#8217;s\nactive leading scorer.
