Funding would include $100,000 from the pending land sale to Beck\u2019s company if approved, and $50,000 from impact fees, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The $150,000 to build the park is far less than the&nbsp;$400,000 estimated&nbsp;for an earlier dog park proposed for the land east of The Joinery.
