 The Hoops for Hunger<\/em> program was designed in partnership with the Lakeland Magic and The Mosaic Company to help raise money to provide meals to local children in need. For every three-point shot made by the Magic during the 2020-21 season, $150 was donated to the Hoops for Hunger<\/em> program. The program supports KidsPACK and One More Child, local non-profits aimed at decreasing food insecurity for the children of Central Florida. Throughout the 2020-21 season, Mosaic donated a total $50,100 through the Hoops for Hunger<\/em> program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lakeland Magic and Mosaic have renewed their commitment to the cause for the 2021-22 season and are once again raising their donation amount per three-point shot made. For every three-point shot made by the Magic at the RP Funding Center this season, $200 will go to the Hoops for Hunger<\/em> program, an increase of $50 from previous seasons. The program will continue to benefit KidsPACK and One More Child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
