The county will no longer allow outside church leaders of various faith groups&nbsp;to lead a prayer or atheists to share a secular message, as has been the practice since 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Names and faith backgrounds of each of the five chaplains who serve the county.
