Another vehicle ahead of the semi stopped abruptly for a stopped school\nbus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clayton Smith driver of the semi also stopped abruptly\ncausing a load shift and load loss. The load spilled out over the front of the\ntrailer and onto the roadway covering all southbound lanes.
