Earlier two others former Insys executives pleaded guilty to federal\ncharges and testified at the trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Moody is also representing a Winter Haven woman in a\nlawsuit against Gesler and Lubin, who was fired from the clinic in 2016 after\nlearning he had accepted payments from Insys to promote Subsys. The woman\nclaims she developed a dependency on the drug that led to other health\nproblems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
