Under RL-1, the minimum lot size is 40,000 square feet and under RL-4, the minimum lot size is just 6,000 square feet. Under this approval, the minimum lot size for the entire development will be 6,000 square feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, side setbacks will be reduced from 10 feet to five feet. And the setback from the Park Byrd Road right-of-way was reduced from 35 feet to 20 feet.
