Some of those steps include having designated areas for patients with COVID-19, screening individuals and visitors for signs of fever or illness and implementing a limited visitor policy.&nbsp; Our engineering and environmental services teams are working continuously to maintain sterile environments with optimal air quality and the clinical teams are well versed in contemporary isolation protocols.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All patients are initially screened prior to admission to our facility, however, determination of the origin of a positive Covid-19 infection is often highly complex. &nbsp;There are a number of factors that could result in a positive test result, including exposure to an infected but asymptomatic individual, a false result on a test, or the timing of the test in relation to the incubation period.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A patient was admitted to the Hospital through ER was tested negative but 10 day later still in the hospital patient is COVID positive why????
