Miriam Drive<\/strong>, with any luck at all, the good Lakeland drivers may let you in. Give yourself some downtime, as you wait for a couple light cycles<\/strong>. And don\u2019t blame Preferred Apartment Communities<\/strong> that the City of Lakeland and Polk County didn\u2019t fix the failed road before they let PAC build on it<\/strong>.  The state won\u2019t let us talk about the traffic. Enjoy the quick stroll across the two-lane access road that cuts through the apartment<\/strong> complex on your way to the side<\/strong> that has the swimming pool. Bathe with your 488 neighbors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pay no attention to the reviews on APARTMENTRATINGS.COM<\/strong> \u2013 YOU may not hear the neighbors\u2019 sneezes or intimate grunts through the walls in these COMPACT quarters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who could imagine that a developer could be so strategic as to crush 22 apartment units into a single acre? ELEVEN TIMES.   Brilliant!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank goodness for out of state developers<\/strong> who know what\u2019s best<\/strong> for Lakelanders. We are counting on people moving down here who don\u2019t know that these 244 units will not add to their quality of life\u2026\u2026but they will be expensive. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
