A building entrance in the back near where the parking is? What a novel idea. Put the 4 lanes back. Widen them by getting rid of the center turn lane. Fix the dilapidated sidewalks that the city has allowed to fall into disrepair. Because they\u2019re pulling out all the stops to sell the road diet. This is a sales pitch. Isn\u2019t it against city code to advertise signage on the side of the road? The person there was more of a hazard to the wheelchair than the sidewalk. Where was she going; was that a paid ad? Every Lakelander has learned to avoid that stretch!
