Interested Candidates qualify by filing paperwork with the City Clerk<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forms required for qualifying:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Resume and\/or Cover Letter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Loyalty Oath<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Statement of Financial Interests<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Copy of Voter Registration Card<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. One of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a.  Florida Driver\u2019s License<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. Homestead exemption documentation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c. Passport<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d. Residential property lease<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e. Utility bills indicating a sufficient level of usage consistent with an actual residence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

f. Such other justification as a candidate may wish to submit<\/p>\n\n\n\n
