In the email, Walker asked Lakeland City Attorney Palmer Davis and City Clerk Kelly Koos to consider him a candidate for interim commissioner for the Northwest District seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to PALMER C.
