Eastern Tropical Atlantic: \nDisorganized showers and thunderstorms continue near the Cabo Verde \nIslands extending southwestward several hundred miles in association \nwith a broad area of low pressure.  Environmental conditions are \nconducive for some development of this system, and a tropical \ndepression could form in a few days while it moves westward to \nwest-northwestward at 15 to 20 mph over the eastern and central \ntropical Atlantic.  Upper-level winds are forecast to become less \nconducive for development late this week.\n* Formation chance through 48 hours...medium...50 percent.\n* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...60 percent.\n\n2.
