Bar<\/a>, 4835 S Florida Ave, was cited Sept. 6 with one pest violation.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/data.tallahassee.com\/restaurant-inspections\/polk\/carrabbas-italian-grill\/6305785\/4046781\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carrabba&#8217;s Italian Grill<\/a>, 4829 S Florida Ave, was cited Sept. 8 with two pest violations.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/data.tallahassee.com\/restaurant-inspections\/polk\/millers-lakeland-ale-house\/6307483\/2789876\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Miller&#8217;s Lakeland Ale House<\/a>, 5650 S Florida Ave, was cited Sept. 7 with three pest violations, on Sept. 8 with one pest violation and on Sept. 8 with three pest violations.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/data.tallahassee.com\/restaurant-inspections\/polk\/schalamar-creek-caddy-shack-restaurant\/6303476\/4409611\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Schalamar Creek Caddy Shack Restaurant<\/a>, 4500 Hwy 92 E Unit 1028, was cited Sept. 8 with three pest violations.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/data.tallahassee.com\/restaurant-inspections\/polk\/winghouse-bar-and-grill\/6307649\/8258447\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Winghouse Bar And Grill<\/a>, 4515 S Florida Ave, was cited Sept. 6 with two pest violations, on Sept. 7 with one pest violation and on Sept. 7 with two pest violations.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What do restaurant violations mean?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspections are reported through the Florida Department of Business &amp; Professional Regulation, which says each inspection is a snapshot and restaurants could have more or fewer violations on other days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">High-priority violations are those that could cause food poisoning or injury, such as problems with cooking, cooling and handwashing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intermediate violations are those that could lead to risk factors that could contribute to food poisoning or injury, such as problems with personnel training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basic violations are those that violate best practices.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lakeland restaurants temporarily closed In Lakeland: Miller&#8217;s Lakeland Ale House, 5650 S Florida Ave, was closed Sept. 7 after inspectors reported two high-priority violations and four basic violations.
