The Fire moved up one spot to No. 17 in the latest installment of the NAIA Coaches&#8217; Top 25 Poll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SEU has yet to lose a game this season, having outscored opponents 18-4 to start the 2019 campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Graduate forward&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fire.seu.edu\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2550\">Jake Van Der Luit<\/a>&nbsp;ranks in third in the NAIA in goals scored with 10 tallies on the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The poll was voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences, Association of Independent Institutions and Unaffiliated Groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Top 25 is determined by a points system based on how each voter ranks the best teams. A team receives 30 points for each first-place vote, 29 for second-place and so on through the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Fire are in action at the SEU Soccer Complex on Friday night in a scrimmage versus NCAA Division II Rollins College.
