Truck or Treat is back for 2022! After a 2 year hiatus, we are ready to have a spooky fun time with the community!<\/p>\n\n\n

Truck or Treat is a free and fun Halloween-themed family event hosted by the City of Lakeland, FL – Government public safety agencies: Lakeland Fire Department and LakelandPD. The event will take place on Monday, October 24, 2022, from 5pm until 8pm, along the north and east bank of Lake Mirror and at adjacent Fire Station 1. The event is open to everyone but is targeted to children ages 12 and under. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Costumes are super encouraged! Visitors will get to meet Lakeland firefighters and police officers, trick or treat at different fire apparatus and police vehicles, and learn about how to stay healthy and safe at different stops along Lake Mirror and adjacent Fire Station 1. There will be 15+ stops for children to collect candy, Halloween goodies, and safety giveaways. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be fun booths and giveaways, prizes for first responder costumes, and much more! Be sure to join LFD and LPD on October 24 for a fun night of learning how to have a safe trick-or-treating experience on Halloween night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
