INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 3 cups dry elbow macaroni<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 4 Tbsp salted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 2 (370 mL\/12 oz) cans of evaporated milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 1\/3 cup milk of choice<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 2 large eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 1\/4 tsp garlic salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 1 tsp paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIRECTIONS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and macaroni, and cook until al dente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Drain and return to the pot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) Add in the butter and stir until the butter is melted. Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4) In a large bowl, mix together the evaporated milk, milk, eggs, and garlic salt until fully combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5) In a separate bowl, mix together the cheeses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6) Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Lightly spray a 9\u00d713 inch baking pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7) Layer 1\/3 of the macaroni, then 1\/3 of the cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8) Repeat with the remaining macaroni and cheese mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9) Pour the milk mixture over top. Sprinkle the paprika evenly on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
