Handberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"373\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" src=\"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/184573029.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27366\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Sean Patrick O\u2019Rourke, 56, faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison. He also agreed to forfeit $31,075, the traceable proceeds for the crimes. A sentencing date has not yet been set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to court documents, O\u2019Rourke, a licensed medical doctor, entered into an illegal agreement in 2018 with a healthcare company in which the company would provide O&#8217;Rourke with completed doctors&#8217; orders for Medicare and Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs patient beneficiaries through an internet platform.
