Incident Description<\/strong>
A dump truck operated by Shanes Tractor Service struck a pad-mounted transformer causing a release of 40 gallons of non-PCB mineral oil onto the ground and roadway. A-C-T Environmental was retained to perform the cleanup activities.<\/p>\n\n\n
