Zurita was taken to the hospital and treated for a broken leg and hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A passenger in the Chevy truck, 32-year-old Frederico Garcia Duran of Lakeland, was treated for bruises and abrasions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The road was closed in both directions for about four hours.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"577\" height=\"552\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1110px) 100vw, 1110px\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/328126347_746668249894372_7493112125322811099_n.webp?resize=577%2C552&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29507\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The crash involved two pickup trucks: a black 2009 Chevrolet and a white 2004 Toyota.
