Then, the neighborhood will need to dig deep and address the root causes of any issues.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coney also asked residents to give the police department time to carry out their investigation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIf there\u2019s outrage on behalf of rogue officers who do terrible things,&#8221;
