Something festive! Something red, white and blue of course! Unfortunately, what I found in my search was a bunch of pretty drinks that sounded truly awful! Sugar with alcohol and more sugar. I, for one, do not intend to return to work on Tuesday with a hangover! So, for this Memorial Day, I would like to share with you a unique, simple, and refreshing Pineapple Mojito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 oz&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sailorjerry.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Spiced Rum<br><\/a>.5 oz lime juice<br>2 cubes sugar (try Raw sugar cubes, yum!)<br>2 pineapple chunks<br>4-6 mint leaves<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muddle pineapple, mint, and sugar in the bottom of a shaker. Add ice, lime, rum, and shake well.
