Who doesn\u2019t love a chilled Margarita when the weather turns warm? And honestly, around here, the weather is usually warm! Just pass the fresh guacamole and I am good to go! Maybe Ill take a walk to my nearest taco truck and leave the cooking for another day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this recipe, I like to use frozen strawberry concentrate. You can add fresh or frozen strawberries from there and don\u2019t be afraid to play with the ingredients a little! How about substituting strawberry for mango!? Or whatever is BOGO at Publix this week! Some fresh mint tossed in with the frozen strawberries is not only delicious but has an added cooling effect that we can all use right now!<\/p>\n\n\n

Time to dust off that blender and let’s make a Strawberry Margarita!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 oz silver tequila<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 oz triple sec<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd cup frozen strawberry concentrate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd cup orange juice,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 oz sprite<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd cup of ice<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agave or honey to taste (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kosher salt or raw sugar to rim the glass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few slices of fresh lime<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Directions: go around the rim of your glass with the fresh lime the roll glass into the salt or sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add all other ingredients to the blender and pulse till you get the desired consistency. Pour ingredients into prepared glass and garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
