Today, Terry Sandlak assaulted an employee by hitting her with a door. The employee has filed a report with LPD against Sandlak for the assault.<\/p>\n\n\n

TLC PetSnip has not done surgeries since the end of May. They have no vet that will use their license to order drugs. TLC has no Premises Permit (required by law as the \u201cResponsible Veterinarian,\u201d) and a DEA certificate (used to order controlled substances).<\/p>\n\n\n

Let\u2019s talk about controlled substances, The Lakeland Gazette has been told by multiple sources that Sandlak ordered Xanax and had it shipped to her house. Did she use the drugs or did she sell the drugs? DEA is aware of this issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the recent Adoptapalooza held on June 17, 2023, at Polk County Animal Services, Sandlak ordered all rabies vaccinations to be left in the sun on the table. Sandlak is NOT a Vet and the employees told her that the rabies vaccinations needed to be refrigerated or iced. Sandlak refused to react \u2026.. So how many dogs were vaccinated with bad rabies vaccinations?<\/p>\n\n\n

AAHA – Vaccine Handling and Storage. It is recommended that unused MLV vaccines be discarded 1 hour after reconstitution regardless of whether or not the product has been refrigerated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doses of expired vaccines that are administered inadvertently generally should not be counted as valid and should be repeated.<\/strong> So, If your dog was vaccinated in Adoptapalooza you may need to contact Polk County Animal Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have been told that TLC PetSnip vendors have suspended their accounts due to non-payment. Also to date, 13 employees are now due wages that Sandlak refuses to pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All employee PTO (pay-to-off) hours were suspended by Sandlak and she refuses to pay them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TLC PetSnips Board of Directors have all resigned. Sandlak has not notified the State of Florida of this issue. We tried to reach some of the board members but no one would return our calls. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We tried to reach out to Sandlak, but no response. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We reviewed TLC Pet Snip 990 reports that are due yearly to the IRS. There are questions about travel (personal travel billed to the company) and the use of the company credit card for personal use. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sandlak\u2019s legacy could have been secured in Lakeland by providing low-cost animal care in Lakeland but she has totally lost it, now with only one employee left they are basically closed for business. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
