The NHC said it could become a tropical depression by early next week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u201cThe tropical wave is heading west through the Atlantic right now,\u201d Max Defender 8 meteorologist Leigh Spann said. \u201cIn the next seven days, it will strengthen and get more organized.
