Along with the controversial Parental Rights in Education Bill, DeSantis has knowingly abandoned his state during&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.local10.com\/news\/local\/2023\/04\/24\/fort-lauderdale-residents-criticize-desantis-for-not-surveying-flood-damage-himself\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Fort Lauderdale flooding crisis<\/a>, and reportedly&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/2024-election\/ron-desantis-fires-staffer-retweeted-video-nazi-imagery-rcna96285\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">used Nazi imagery<\/a>&nbsp;during his latest campaigning stunt.
