Towle, IOM, CAE, vice president of Institute for\nOrganization Management at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. \u201cThese\nvolunteers drive site attendance, provide recommendations for program\nimprovement, and serve as an on-site resource for Institute participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since its commencement in 1921, the Institute program\nhas educated tens of thousands of association, chamber, and other nonprofit\nleaders on how to build stronger organizations, better serve their members, and\nbecome strong business advocates.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Institute\u2019s five Boards of Regents serve on behalf of\nthe National Board of Trustees. Each Board of Regents is responsible for\nrecruitment, retention, and marketing of the program nationwide. Each regent is\nan Institute graduate nominated by their peers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Institute for Organization Management is\nthe professional development program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce\nFoundation. It is the premier nonprofit professional development program for\nassociation and chamber professionals, fostering individual growth through\ninteractive learning and networking opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation\n(USCCF) is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce dedicated to\nstrengthening America\u2019s long-term competitiveness.
