The Mocs placed second among six teams, with 682.5 total team points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The host Sharks won the Invitational with 951 team points, followed by Florida Southern, Savannah College of Art and Design (628 points), Keiser (448), Florida Tech (366.5), and Lynn (178).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HOW IT HAPPENED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The first event of the day was the 1000-free, where four FSC swimmers posted top-ten times. Freshman&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/prostran_luka_jms4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Luka Prostran<\/a>&nbsp;placed fourth (9:47.40), sophomore&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/smith_cole_etda\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cole Smith<\/a>&nbsp;eighth (9:54.02), sophomore&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/agostinelli_matt_tgnd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Matt Agostinelli<\/a>&nbsp;ninth (9:54.22), and senior&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/rodriguez_daniel_011c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Daniel Rodriguez<\/a>&nbsp;tenth (10:02.16).<\/li><li>The 200-medley &#8220;A&#8221; relay team of senior&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/hamilton_talor_2jrp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Talor Hamilton<\/a>, junior&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/lopez_matias_4qjn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Matias Lopez<\/a>, junior&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/bernotti_miguel_iriu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Miguel Bernotti<\/a>, and junior&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/bernotti_carlos_pl6l\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carlos Bernotti<\/a>&nbsp;finished fifth with a combined time of 1:36.03, with the &#8220;B&#8221; relay of sophomores&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/tuckerman_jacob_orhh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jacob Tuckerman<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/saslo_jj_x2ue\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">JJ Saslo<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/peristeridis_theo_akvi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Theo Peristeridis<\/a>, and&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/oliva_ethan_kss6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ethan Oliva<\/a>&nbsp;finished eighth in 1:38.30.<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/bernotti_carlos_pl6l\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carlos Bernotti<\/a>&nbsp;claimed gold in the 100-free, sprinting to a time of 46.45. Following him were Hamilton in fourth (47.28),&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/bernotti_miguel_iriu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Miguel Bernotti<\/a>&nbsp;in seventh (47.49), and Lopez in ninth (47.59).<\/li><li>Hamilton returned for the 100-back, and placed sixth with a time 53.56.<\/li><li>Lopez continued his strong outing in the 400-IM, taking second place with a time of 4:04.41, less than a second from first place.<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/bernotti_miguel_iriu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Miguel Bernotti<\/a>&nbsp;returned in the 100-fly, taking fourth place in 50.66, followed by Hamilton in seventh place in 51.68, and Saslo in ninth in 51.83.<\/li><li>Rounding out the day&#8217;s event was the 400-free relay, where the &#8220;A&#8221; team of&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/bernotti_carlos_pl6l\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carlos Bernotti<\/a>, Hamilton, Lopez, and&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/mswim\/2019-20\/bios\/bernotti_miguel_iriu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Miguel Bernotti<\/a>&nbsp;claimed gold with a time of 3:06.06.
