Vehicle 2, Chevy Silverado, was traveling eastbound on SR-674.&nbsp; Vehicle 3, a Chevy S-10, was traveling eastbound behind Vehicle 2.&nbsp; Just east of Balm Wimauma Road, for unknown reason, Vehicle 1 entered the eastbound lanes and collided head-on with Vehicle 2.&nbsp;
