The driver presented several fictitious identifications, to\ninclude a New York License, Florida ID Card and social security card. Through\nthe course of the stop, troopers correctly identified the driver as Kenneth\nWynn, age 46, and confirmed an outstanding warrant from a State of Kentucky\nDepartment of Corrections Halfway House for escape. Prior to the escape, Wynn\nhad been serving time for trafficking in controlled substances and driving\nwithout a license.
