At about 6:56 a.m., while traveling between U.S. 27 and Championsgate Boulevard, Aviles changed to the center lane and the motorcycle violently collided with the rear of a white 2018 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by Hamilton White, 36, of Orlando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The impact ejected Aviles from his motorcycle and caused significant damage to the back of the Equinox, the release said. Aviles was not wearing a helmet. White was not injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A deputy who had just completed an unrelated traffic stop nearby arrived at the scene of the crash shortly after it occurred and immediately began life-saving measures and requested&nbsp;Polk County Fire Rescue&nbsp;and additional PCSO units, the release said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 21-year-old motorcyclist died Tuesday morning after colliding with a vehicle on Interstate 4, the&nbsp;Polk County Sheriff\u2019s Office&nbsp;reported.
