The scoring continued for the Fire 14 minutes later when senior&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fire.seu.edu\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2599\">Siobhan Longmore<\/a>&nbsp;connected on a shot from just outside the box, firing the ball over the goalkeeper into the top right corner of the net.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Southeastern scored two goals in a span of 1:52 at the end of the first half. Duran found the back of the net for the second time of the match, finishing an assist from senior&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fire.seu.edu\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2575\">Isamar Duran<\/a>&nbsp;in the 41<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;minute. Moments later,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fire.seu.edu\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2575\">Isamar Duran<\/a>&nbsp;assisted another goal, this time to senior&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fire.seu.edu\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2577\">Uchenna Kanu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Fire wasted no time in getting on the board again in the second half as senior&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fire.seu.edu\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2592\">Rachel Wallace<\/a>&nbsp;finished an assist from Kanu, striking the ball into the top left corner of the net just 47 seconds into the half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fire.seu.edu\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2577\">Uchenna Kanu<\/a>&nbsp;tallied another goal six minutes later, finishing another&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fire.seu.edu\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2598\">Rachel Boyd<\/a>&nbsp;assist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After today&#8217;s match Kanu now has 27 goals on the year and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fire.seu.edu\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2574\">Bania Duran<\/a>&nbsp;has used four goals in the past two games to push her season total to 14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goalkeeper&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fire.seu.edu\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2576\">Holly Eddins<\/a>&nbsp;saved two shots in 78 minutes of action while Madeline Miller came in to finish the shutout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Fire are on the road again on Friday October 25<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;when they travel to play St. Thomas at 4 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The No. 4 Southeastern University women&#8217;s soccer team went on the road to earn a 6-0 victory over the Thomas Night Hawks.
