It is common practice to mill down the road before adding a hot paving mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project will be performed during the daytime hours to least impact the residential area. Vehicular traffic will be limited to east bound only from South Florida Avenue to Cleveland Heights Boulevard. West bound traffic will be detoured to East Edgewood Drive and then south onto South Florida Avenue to East Highland Drive. The detour and the west bound closure are in place during the milling and paving operations.
