The Moccasins (5-15, 1-9 SSC) fought valiantly in the third set but were unable to prevent the Buccaneers (14-7, 7-3 SSC) from taking the first matchup between the two sides this season. From there Barry would rally and the two sides would post tie scores from points seven to 10. The Buccaneers went on a 7-1 run to go ahead 16-11 and held on to take set one, 25-17.<\/li><li>The Bucs took command of set two early with a 14-3 run, but the Mocs responded with a 5-2 run of their own. The two sides alternated points and Barry held on to take set two, 25-14.<\/li><li>Set three saw a close, back-and-forth affair that had eleven tie scores and six lead changes<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wvball\/2019-20\/bios\/ronda_erica\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Erica Ronda<\/a>&nbsp;led the Mocs with nine kills, followed by&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wvball\/2019-20\/bios\/ene_buse_m62u\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Buse Ene<\/a>&nbsp;with eight and Martin with seven kills. Collins tallied 30 assists while&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wvball\/2019-20\/bios\/formilan_beatrice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Beatrice Formilan<\/a>&nbsp;had 20 digs, trailed by Collins with 11 and Ronda with 10.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/fscmocs.prestosports.com\/sports\/wvball\/2019-20\/bios\/popadic_anica_fggj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anica Popadic<\/a>&nbsp;recorded two service aces and Matthews and Ronda each recorded one.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INSIDE THE NUMBERS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Despite the loss the Moccasins still lead the all-time series, 40-35. The Moccasins are also 22-12 in Lakeland and have a 13-2 record at home since 2005.<\/li><li>Martin hit .429 for the night, making it five matches in a row that she has hit above .364.
