Chef Marcos Fernandez, owner of downtown\u2019s Nineteen61<\/a>, has been cautious about his plans to open a rooftop bar at his Latin-fusion restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the plans were made obvious by a large construction crane hoisting building materials atop the two-story building at 215 E. Main St.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Fernandez, he held off on opening the rooftop bar that was built for a previous restaurant, focusing instead on the ground-floor dining room and bar and adding banquet facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n \n
