Glamgalatx <\/a>and they tell a story of a seemingly unwell man causing quite the stink (literally) from the second he got on the plane.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAccording to the post, the man started causing a scene as soon as he boarded:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI observed that this man was audibly disgruntled about something, maybe hungover, rough day idk, but as soon as he sat down he was grumbling about something under his breath, like \u201cfucking hell\u201d or something.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The poster then settles in for the trip, but before they even start to take off the man does something that\u2019s truly certifiably insane:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe still hadn\u2019t left the gate. I overhear him loudly say \u201cYou thought that was rude? Well how about this smell\u201d and farted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Idk what provoked that comment, and while kinda of funny to overhear, it was uncalled for especially coming from a grown man on an airplane nonetheless. The ppl seated immediately near him were ladies seemingly minding their own business.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Like dude, everyone is in a small confined space with recirculated air, you can\u2019t just be ripping ass in the open like that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But that wasn\u2019t all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The flight was in the evening so there were plenty of people eating food as the plane began taxiing for takeoff, which that man didn\u2019t like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe man who just purposefully farted moments ago decides to loudly and condescendingly say \u201cyeah, everybody let\u2019s just eat the smelliest food possible all at the same time\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A guy in the row over replied, \u201cif you don\u2019t like it you can fly private\u201d to which fartman says \u201cthat\u2019s so f*cking rude\u201d, and another person nearby chimes in \u201cI think we\u2019d all agree you\u2019re the rude one here.\u201d Fartman replies something like \u201cthat\u2019s just so low class\u201d and the other guy rebuttals with \u201cwell you\u2019re back here in economy with the rest of us\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You\u2019re going to complain about odors after you just dropped a bomb in your seat? Come on man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At this point, the flight attendants had seen (and smelled) enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe plane is finally taxiing towards the runway but comes to a stop. An announcement comes over saying \u201capologies for the interruption but we are returning to the gate, we will give you more info when we have it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We get back to the gate and a flight attendant comes back and informs fartman that he will not be staying on this flight. He simply replies, \u201cI don\u2019t understand\u201d and she tells him they\u2019ll talk about it off the plane. He gets up, grabs his bag, and quietly exits the plane.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shoutout to the attendants for not putting up with that nonsense. Who knows where this could have escalated to once the plane was in the air so nipping it before takeoff seems like the smart move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Can you imagine getting thrown off a plane for excessive farting? I get that the arguing was also a major problem, but still, it all started with one loud rip of flatulence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the sake of humanity, can we all agree to just stop this? I don\u2019t think I can stomach writing any more of these.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Flying kind of sucks enough as it is, let\u2019s stop making it worse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
