I also fought to advance commonsense initiatives to put America on a better path. From navigating passport renewal backlogs, to helping veterans receive benefits or facilitating communication with the IRS, our office can help navigate the federal bureaucracy. Voted for H.R. 1, the Lower Energy Costs Act, to reduce energy prices and restore America\u2019s energy independence.
Cut inflation-triggering spending in my work on the Appropriations committee.
