Spicy Dijon Mustard<br>Salt and Pepper, to taste<br>Instructions<br>Cook macaroni to al dente according to package directions, drain, and rinse. Transfer to a large bowl, and let cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the macaroni cooks and cools, chop the red onion, bell peppers, parsley, and dice the carrot, set aside.<br>Add red onion, bell peppers, parsley, carrot, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt and pepper to the macaroni.
