Why am I on the ground? Why am I getting punched? What is going on?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just outside of court Tuesday, Glover&#8217;s family and protesters made it clear that a plea deal was off the table.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"515\" height=\"287\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 515px) 100vw, 515px\" src=\"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot-47-23.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41989\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot-47-23.png 515w, https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot-47-23-300x167.png 300w\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;No, no charges. Dropped. And I want every officer that was involved either charged or fired. And we not stopping,&#8221; said Glover&#8217;s mom, Pamela Glover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An FDLE investigation used to clear the officers involved in that arrest was released to ABC Action News in early February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That report claims Glover only stopped fighting after being tased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But it also questions whether or not the taser was used properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And it reveals that the officer seen hitting Glover, Dillon Cornn, has been investigated for use of force in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Glover&#8217;s case moves towards trial those close to him say the report not only raises more questions\u2014but it also points to a need for greater police accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"481\" height=\"236\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 481px) 100vw, 481px\" src=\"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot-47a-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41990\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot-47a-1.png 481w, https:\/\/lakelandgazette.info\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Screenshot-47a-1-300x147.png 300w\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;It&#8217;s amazing that when you start speaking out against things like this people feel like you&#8217;re against police.
