She wrote it for me, she covered the cake back up, and handed it to me. Y\u2019all.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pamela then shows the pink and white frosted cake, with yellow lettering spelling out \u201cOlivia\u201d in a shaky hand, which the viewer is led to believe is why she is unhappy with the cake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She says that once she received the cake with the lettering, she decided to return it, as she was unsatisfied with the decoration and felt she could achieve a better result at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI paid for the cake prior to the whole debacle because I was in there buying groceries and stuff for a party,\u201d she says. \u201cWhen I got to the car I realized that I wanted the cake decorated so I just hauled the cake back inside and went to the bakery and asked if someone can write something on it for me. I know it was my cake because of how the little price sticker was peeled off and put back on. I guess that\u2019s good because don\u2019t waste, but me personally, I don\u2019t know how I would feel knowing that I bought a cake that somebody returned.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have reached out to Pamela via TikTok direct message, as well as to Publix via email regarding the video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"tiktok-embed\" cite=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@thatdamnpamela\/video\/7339914832310799662\" data-video-id=\"7339914832310799662\" style=\"max-width: 605px;min-width: 325px;\" > <section> <a target=\"_blank\" title=\"@thatdamnpamela\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@thatdamnpamela?refer=embed\" rel=\"noopener\">@thatdamnpamela<\/a> Replying to @Teejay <a target=\"_blank\" title=\"\u266c original sound - thatdamnpamela\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/music\/original-sound-7339914861939428142?refer=embed\" rel=\"noopener\">\u266c original sound &#8211; thatdamnpamela<\/a> <\/section> <\/blockquote> <script async src=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/embed.js\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some viewers commented on the video that there was a solid chance the cake decorators employed by Publix were not on the clock and that the lettering was simply the handiwork of an employee who tried their best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCurrent bakery clerk here,\u201d one commenter wrote. \u201cThey literally just tell us to try our best if the decorators aren\u2019t there.
