\u201cHe just loved everything. He was such a good baby,\u201d Yeisdelis Baez said Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baez said her nephew, 3-year-old Jaquez \u201cJD\u201d Norton, loved motorcycles, cars, and dinosaurs, and that his loss will hurt her family\u2019s hearts forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe can\u2019t bring JD back, but at least we\u2019ll have justice for him, you know?\u201d she said. \u201cWe want justice for JD and he is still out there and he was involved in his death.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Baez and her family are eagerly awaiting the arrest of Demarius Wilson, the last named suspect in the March 11 shooting that took JD\u2019s life outside the Cambridge Cove Apartments in Lakeland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe just want our voice to be heard since it\u2019s been over a month already, and he\u2019s still not found. I don\u2019t know why it\u2019s taking so long,\u201d said Baez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lakeland police said Norton was in the backseat of a car with his family when men pulled up and started shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n

Norton was killed, as well as one of the suspects, Kemarius Wilson, who, police said, was hit by a bullet from his accomplice\u2019s gun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That alleged accomplice, Kevarius Green, turned himself in on several charges, including two counts of first-degree murder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Demarius Wilson, Kemarius Wilson\u2019s twin brother, remains at large. Investigators believe he was the driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe know at one point, he was driving the car. We feel like he was driving it during the shoot as well,\u201d said Lakeland Police Chief Sam Taylor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chief Taylor said some of Wilson\u2019s family members have been \u201csomewhat helpful.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

Wilson has ties to Lakeland, Plant City, and Orlando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chief Taylor said Wilson is believed to still be in the area and is considered to be armed and dangerous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf you\u2019re helping him, you\u2019re going to find yourself arrested as well. You\u2019re going to find yourself put in jail so do not help him,\u201d said Chief Taylor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Police have not released details on a motive for the shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If anyone knows Wilson\u2019s whereabouts, police urge them to contact the appropriate law enforcement agency for that jurisdiction or the Lakeland Police Department at 863-834-6900.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
