Charges and Potential Sentences<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the indictment, on September 10, 2022, Graham distributed a substance containing a detectable amount of fentanyl to an individual who subsequently died from its ingestion. Only two days later, Graham was discovered in possession of fentanyl intended for distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If convicted, Graham could face a minimum mandatory penalty of 20 years in federal prison, with the possibility of life imprisonment. Federal authorities emphasize that an indictment is simply a formal accusation and that every defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
